Before your visit with Dr. Doan or Dr. Nguyen, we’ll need to gather some essential information from you. This includes your dental and medical history, as well as a list of any medications you are currently taking.

Please visit your patient portal and complete the new patient forms before your appointment. Also, remember to bring your insurance card and any payment methods you plan to use.

Your Initial Experience at The Dental Bar

Your journey at The Dental Bar usually begins with a 1.5 hr new patient visit. 

During this visit, our team will take some time to discuss any dental health concerns you might have. We will also take new x-rays if your recent ones are not available, ensuring we have a full understanding of your oral health status.

A comprehensive oral examination follows, along with a professional cleaning, unless we identify the need for specialized gum disease treatment, which would require a different appointment.

Planning Your Dental Care

If any dental health concerns come up during your examination, we will collaborate with you to create a detailed, step-by-step treatment plan tailored to bring your smile back to full health.

Before You Leave

Before you leave, our team will clarify your insurance benefits and discuss our available dental savings plans and financing options to ensure your treatments are as affordable as possible. We’ll also help you schedule any future appointments you may need.
