Introducing Our New Referral and Feature Programs
We’re always looking for new ways to show appreciation to our amazing patients. Your trust means the world to us, and we’re excited to share two new ways for you to earn rewards and save, along with common questions about these programs:
1. Refer a Friend
How does the referral system work?
If you are an existing patient, simply have your friend mention your name or present a referral card during their check-in for their new appointment. With either method, both of you will receive a $50 credit towards your upcoming dental services.
How do the referral cards work?
It’s easy! The next time you’re at our office, grab a referral card, write down your name, and pass it along to your friend. When they come in for their appointment and present the card, we’ll handle the rest.
Do I need to have a referral card to participate in the referral system?
No, you don’t! While referral cards are a convenient option, your friend can simply mention your name when checking in for their appointment.
Do I need to be an existing patient to participate?
Yes! The referral system is only available for existing patients when they refer new patients.
When will I receive the credit?
The credit will be applied to your account after your referred friend completes their first appointment.
Are there any limitations to the referral program?
There is a limitation of “one per household.” This means that if you refer multiple family members or individuals residing in the same household, only one person among them will be eligible to receive the $50 credit. Also, the credit can only be applied to new patients and unfortunately cannot be retroactively applied.
Can I cash out the $50 credit?
No, the credits are non-cashable and can only be applied towards future dental services.
Can I share the credit with my family or spouse?
Unfortunately, once credits are applied, they are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Is this referral program for a limited time only?
Yes, the referral program is subject to change or discontinuation at the discretion of The Dental Bar.
2. Get Featured on Our Social Media
How can I save by getting featured on The Dental Bar’s Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok?
Share a photo or video showcasing your experience and tag us @TheDentalBarCO. Once we feature you, then you’ll receive a $50 credit towards your next dental service.
Do I need to be an existing patient to participate?
Yes! The featured program is only available for existing patients.
Is there a limit to how many times I can be featured?
Yes, to ensure that every patient gets a chance to shine, we limit the feature to one per patient.
Are there specific guidelines for the format of the photos or videos?
Yes! For optimal visibility and aesthetics, we recommend high-quality content with good lighting. Additionally, it must be posted on the feed and if possible, add us as a collaborator for a seamless feature.
I want to be featured, but I’m not sure what to post. Do you have any examples or suggestions?
Absolutely! We’re here to help. You can post a selfie capturing your dental experience, ask our team to take photo or video content during your visit, or you can even create a short video documenting your experience. If you’d like, we can provide you with some examples for inspiration
